I’m a little bit unusual. I like to say I’m off kilter. I view the world with a fisheye, keeping everything a little warped and out of perspective, making it harder to say what perspective is the right one. I enjoy macro photography. A good coffee. Working with people. Eating food void of pet hair. And being me! I have lived on the Eastern side of the US for my entire life. New Hampshire is where I call home but North Carolina runs a close second and is where I like to put up my tent. I worked in Switzerland for a summer and then travelled through Europe for the next month and a half. But staying with friends and family with a roof over my head has in no way prepared me for my latest plans. I’m getting ready for one of the biggest adventures of my life. In April of 2015 I’ll be hiking the Appalachian Trail along with my canine companion, Star. I haven’t done so much research since I was in college.

What fun! Came here as a result of your recent decision to follow Learning from Dogs, for which many thanks.
